Do I need Power BI or technical knowledge?
No. Arcleo handles the technical side. You provide the data and receive the results.
What data can I use?
We can start with Excel or CSV files. As the service develops, we can connect to supported business systems and automate the process.
What happens after I sign up?
We first understand your business, agree the KPIs that matter, confirm the data needed and then set up your reporting process.
Will you build a completely custom dashboard?
The Basic plan uses a standard reporting structure. Pro adds a richer dashboard, while Business is designed for custom reporting and ongoing managed BI.
Can I cancel my subscription?
The service is designed as a recurring monthly subscription. Final cancellation and billing terms will be displayed clearly before checkout.
Is Arcleo an accounting service?
No. Arcleo provides business intelligence and reporting. It does not replace an accountant or provide regulated financial advice.
How secure is my business data?
We use appropriate access controls and only collect information needed to deliver the agreed service. Detailed data-processing terms will be provided as the service goes live.
Can you work with a business that only uses Excel?
Yes. Excel and CSV are deliberately part of the starting model so small businesses do not need to change their systems before using Arcleo.
Can I start with a template instead?
Yes. Our Templates & Digital Toolkits let you start with a low-cost or free resource. You can move into a recurring Business Intelligence service when you need automation and ongoing reporting.
